House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is six guests. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Long-term stays are also allowed. Community tennis and pickleball access requires a small fee. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. Guests with electric vehicles must arrange charging elsewhere.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Kona Country Club, Holua Racquet Club and shoreline trails are within walking access. Keauhou Bay, Kona dining and shopping, farmers markets, historic sites and hiking trails are a short drive away. Electric vehicle charging is not available at the property.
