The house

The home spans nearly 2,700 square feet, with open-plan living and dining areas, pocket doors opening toward the outdoor spaces, and an upstairs lounge for movies. The indoor dining area seats eight, and the covered lanai provides outdoor dining and lounging.

The fully stocked kitchen has quartzite counters, stainless appliances, a wine fridge and coffee bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and utensils, blender, rice cooker and other small appliances. Whole-home water filtration and reverse osmosis drinking water are provided.

The primary bedroom has an ocean view, private lanai and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Guest Bedroom 2 has a garden view and ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 3 has a mountain view and uses a shared bathroom. A bonus room provides additional sleeping space. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans are specified for the three bedrooms.

Outside are a private saltwater pool, spa, outdoor shower, putting green, tropical landscaping and a private yard. Sonos speakers and dimmable lighting are provided. Guests also have access to a community pool, community hot tub and shaded recreation areas. Nearby tennis and pickleball access carries a small fee.

A full-size laundry room includes a washer and dryer. Beach chairs, towels and gear are included; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. The home also provides Wi-Fi, smart television, satellite or cable television, a barbecue, linens, a hair dryer, an iron and a pack and play. Self check-in and check-out are available, with 24-hour check-in advertised.
