Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Long-term stays are allowed. Racquet facilities require QR-code sign-in and carry additional charges: court rentals are $25 per hour for non-members; drop-in pickleball sessions are $10 per person; beginning September 15, open play sessions increase to $15 per person per session. Punch cards are available. Tennis and pickleball court reservations are $10 per person per hour. Fees and availability are managed directly through Holua Kai and may change. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Keauhou Bay is minutes away, and central Kailua-Kona is a short drive away. Electric vehicle charging is not supported at the property; off-site charging must be arranged.
