The house

The open great room has vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. Sliding glass doors open to a covered lanai with outdoor dining, lounge seating, fairway views and distant mountain views. The indoor dining area seats six. A private heated pool has bench jets, and the home also has a private yard.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an island with bar seating. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and coffee grinder. A BBQ is available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, lanai access, golf and mountain views, and an ensuite with a freestanding soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a private ensuite full bathroom. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and nearby access to a half bath. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, beach towels, linens and secure free parking are provided. The home has a private entrance and self check-in/check-out. Guests may use the community pool, hot tub, tennis courts and pickleball courts. Racquet activities carry additional fees, and beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.

Keauhou Bay is minutes away, with manta ray night dives, snorkeling, kayaking and ocean tours. Kailua-Kona's restaurants and shops are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Children are welcome, smoking is not allowed, and long-term stays are also allowed.
