The house stands on a 1,228 m² natural plot with a garden, opposite the area's large playground. The combined living room and kitchen has comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove, free internet and a flat-screen television with Chromecast for streaming your own services. Electric heating is provided.
The kitchen includes a ceramic electric cooker, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and coffee maker. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed for two people. An alcove has two full-size beds and views over Limfjorden and the surrounding area. There is also a loft suitable for play.
Several open terraces have outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue. An enclosed/covered terrace provides shelter. The coast and bathing beach are 400 m away, a restaurant is 1.1 km away and shopping is 2 km away. The house has a smart lock.
