House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. The house is not rented to youth groups. Maximum occupancy is six guests. Water use and internet are included; electricity is charged separately at 3.74 DKK/kWh. Optional services payable at the holiday house if used are protection insurance from 153 DKK, final cleaning 1,120 DKK, a linen package 155 DKK, a high chair 110 DKK and a baby/child cot 110 DKK. Cancellation is free until 35 days before the rental begins. From 34 days before arrival, including no-shows, the cancellation charge is 100% of the rental total plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and a high chair are refunded in full when the guest cancels. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.

Limfjorden and the bathing beach are approximately 400 m away. A restaurant is 1.1 km away and shopping is 2 km away.
