The house was built in 1890 and refurbished in 2026. It accommodates four guests and has a living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony with panoramic landscape views. One bedroom has a double bed for two people; the other has single beds providing two sleeping places. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and hot and cold water.
The kitchen has hot and cold water, a gas/electric cooker, refrigerator, 15-litre freezer compartment, coffee percolator, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, hairdryer, cable Smart TV and wireless internet are available. The house has year-round insulation, a heat pump and air conditioning. One high chair and one cot are available.
