House rules
Occupancy is limited to five people plus one child up to three years old. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups aged 15–25 are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a minimum fee of EUR 420. Electricity, water and heating are billed separately. Security insurance is included in the rent, with coverage subject to its terms.
Getting there
The sea is 100 m away; the nearest grocery shop is 2,000 m away. The natural site is unfenced. The home is not wheelchair accessible.
