House rules
Pets are not permitted. The house is not rented to youth groups, to preserve a quiet environment. Electricity is charged separately at 3.75 DKK/kWh; water, internet, travel support and final cleaning are included. Optional services payable at the property when used are insurance from 452 DKK, a high chair at 110 DKK and a baby/child cot at 110 DKK. Cancellation is free until 35 days before the rental begins. From 34 days before arrival, including arrival day, later cancellation and no-shows, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras are fully refunded upon cancellation. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.
Getting there
The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, 500 metres from the coast and a sandy bathing beach. Nordstrand is a short walk away. Shopping is 1 km away, and Rørvig is a 10-minute drive away.
