The house

Built in 2010, this holiday home accommodates four guests in three bedrooms on a quiet cul-de-sac. The living room has seating, a wood-burning stove, a DVD player, a television with Danish and German channels, and a games console. Central heating and an air-to-water heat pump provide heating.

The kitchen includes an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, kettle, oven and dishwasher, with a separate dining area. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. Wi-Fi is included. Outside, there is a spacious garden, a terrace with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue, plus play equipment. A cot and high chair are advertised among the facilities.

Nordstrand is a short walk away, and shopping is 1 km away. Rørvig is a 10-minute drive away, with opportunities to buy fresh fish and gourmet groceries. Nykøbing Sjælland has a pedestrian shopping street with restaurants and galleries, and Sommerland Sjælland is within reach.

Water consumption, internet, travel support and final cleaning are included. Electricity is charged separately at 3.75 DKK/kWh. Optional services payable at the property when used include insurance from 452 DKK, a high chair at 110 DKK and a baby/child cot at 110 DKK.
