House rules
Smoking is prohibited. Youth groups and groups of tradespeople are not accepted. Up to two pets are permitted. DanCenter does not service the terrace ice bath. Electricity is charged separately at 3.74 DKK/kWh and water at 85 DKK/m³. A security deposit applies. Optional services payable at the property if used include final cleaning at 1,506 DKK, a linen package at 155 DKK, a high chair at 110 DKK and a baby cot at 110 DKK. Optional protection insurance starts at 555 DKK. Cancellation is free until 35 days before the rental starts. From 34 days before arrival, including arrival day, later cancellation and no-show, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and high chairs are fully refunded when the guest cancels. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.

A Limfjord bathing beach is approximately 500 m away. Coastal fishing is 500 m away, a restaurant is 2 km away, shopping is 3 km away and a golf course is 10 km away.
