The home accommodates up to 16 guests and has six bedrooms: three with double beds and three with bunk beds. There are two living rooms, with a double sofa-bed sleeping arrangement in the living area, televisions and Chromecast. Electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump provide warmth.
There are two bathrooms. One has a two-person whirlpool bath and a steam cabin; the other has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen includes two ovens, a fridge/freezer, wine fridge, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker and dishwasher.
Indoor activities include table tennis, billiards, a bob board game and a games console. Outdoors there are badminton facilities and a pétanque court. The partially covered terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue, alongside an ice bath and an eight-person outdoor sauna. DanCenter does not service the ice bath. An outdoor shower and a fish-cleaning area are also available.
The house stands on a 4,500 m² natural plot with trees. A Limfjord bathing beach is approximately 500 m away, as is coastal fishing. A restaurant is 2 km away, shopping is 3 km away and a golf course is 10 km away. An EV charging connection is available: CEE Red 32A, 3P+N+E.
