House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in is 16:00–18:00 and checkout is 08:00–10:00. Electricity is charged separately at 3.40 DKK/kWh and water at 85 DKK/m³. A security deposit is listed. Optional services, payable at the holiday home if used, include insurance from 366 DKK, final cleaning at 1,263 DKK, a linen package at 155 DKK, a high chair at 110 DKK and a baby/child cot at 110 DKK. Cancellation is free until 15 days before the rental begins; from 14 days before arrival, including no-shows, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and high chairs are refunded in full when the renter cancels. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.

The coast and bathing beach are 300 m away. Shopping is 600 m away and a restaurant is 5 km away.
