The house

Built in 2005, the holiday home stands on an enclosed 1,200 m² plot with a lawn, small fire pit, swing and sandbox. Its layout is suitable for two families holidaying together. Two bedrooms each have a double bed; the third has four bunk berths, with a cot also listed. There is a large bathroom with a shower, underfloor heating, spa bath and sauna, plus a separate guest toilet with a washbasin.

The kitchen has a ceramic electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The living room has modern furniture, a wood-burning stove, stereo with CD player, DVD player, satellite television and Chromecast. A high chair is listed. Indoor activities include table football, darts and a games console.

The living room opens directly onto a covered terrace; there is also a large screened terrace and a barbecue. A carport, electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump are provided. The coast and bathing beach are 300 m away, shopping is 600 m away and a restaurant is 5 km away.
