Smoking is prohibited. A maximum of two pets is permitted. Check-in is 16:00–18:00 and check-out is 08:00–10:00. Electricity is charged separately at 3.74 DKK/kWh and water at 60 DKK/m³. A security deposit is listed. Optional services listed for payment at the property when used are final cleaning at 1,148 DKK, a linen package at 155 DKK, a high chair at 110 DKK, a baby/child cot at 110 DKK, and early check-in at 13:00 for 599 DKK. Protection insurance is offered from 233 DKK. Standard cancellation is free until 15 days before the rental period begins; from 14 days before arrival through arrival day, later cancellation or no-show incurs 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and high chairs are refunded in full upon cancellation. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.

The coast and bathing beach are 250 m away. A shared playground, minigolf and pétanque area is approximately 100 m away. A restaurant is 1.1 km away and shopping is 1.2 km away. A squash centre is within a 10-minute drive; golf courses and surfing opportunities are within driving distance.
