The house

Built in 2005, this furnished holiday home occupies a 940 m² natural plot with trees in a quiet holiday-home area. It has three bedrooms, a sleeping loft, one bathroom, a terrace and a covered terrace, plus a garden barbecue. Two bedrooms each have a double bed; the third has two bunk berths and a double sleeping arrangement. The loft has two additional sleeping places. Maximum occupancy is eight guests.

The living room has a wood-burning stove, radio and satellite television, with Danish and German TV available. A PlayStation 2 with games is provided. The kitchen area includes an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, a 60–99 litre freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle and underfloor heating. Indoor wellness facilities include a sauna and spa bath. Heating includes electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump with integrated air conditioning.

The coast and bathing beach are 250 m away. A shared recreation area with a large playground, minigolf and pétanque is approximately 100 m away. A squash centre is within a 10-minute drive, and golf courses and surfing opportunities are within driving distance. Guests receive free admission to Thyhallen water park in Thisted and Sydthy Svømmebad in Hurup. A restaurant is 1.1 km away and shopping is 1.2 km away.

Wi-Fi is included, with internet advertised at a minimum download speed of 50 Mbit/s. Up to two pets are permitted. The house is non-smoking and has a smart lock.
