The cottage stands at the end of a cul-de-sac on an enclosed 800 m² natural plot with trees, a lawn and play equipment. Outside there is a covered terrace and a carport.
Each of the two bedrooms has one double bed; one also has a cot. The living room has a wood-burning stove, CD player, television and satellite reception, including Danish and German TV. The kitchen area has an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle and underfloor heating. Electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump are provided.
Wi-Fi and water consumption are included. Ringkøbing Fjord and the bathing beach are approximately 700 m away; shopping and a restaurant are 600 m away. The house has a smart lock, with key handover at the property.
