House rules
Children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Standard occupancy is six guests; additional guest fees apply above six guests, with a maximum of eight. Mandatory mid-stay housekeeping applies to stays of 10 nights or longer; two cleanings are required for stays exceeding 21 nights. These carry an additional fee separate from the departure cleaning fee paid at booking.
Getting there
A car is necessary. Hanalei Bay and Hanalei Town are a short drive away; Happy Talk Lounge and nearby tennis courts are within walking distance. Parking is in the driveway only. The upstairs primary sleeping area and adjoining den are not enclosed, and the primary suite has no locking door. Seasonal gnats occur during Hawaii's winter months; keeping doors and windows closed whenever possible helps minimize their presence.
