Originally built in 1938 and restored, the estate spans over 3,000 sq. ft. and accommodates up to 14 guests. The main home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms; the separate guest cottage adds a fifth bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining nook, with private access to the pool area.
Two living areas have seating, flat-screen TVs and large windows. The remodeled main kitchen includes modern appliances, stone countertops and a breakfast bar, alongside a dining area with a farmhouse-style table. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ice machine and utensils.
The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and single vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, central air conditioning, backyard access and an adjacent hall bathroom that can be shared. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have twin beds and are connected through a shared full bathroom. The guest cottage has a queen bed, split air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom and a sofa bed in its private living area.
Outdoor facilities include a private pool, garden, BBQ, covered lanai for dining and an outdoor shower. Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. The home also has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, washer and dryer, gated entry, a private entrance, a garage and free parking.
Kahala Beach is a few minutes away on foot or by car. The Kahala Hotel & Resort is nearby, and Waikiki is less than a 10-minute drive away. Rentals are monthly only, with the full-month rate applying regardless of stay length. Standard occupancy is 10 guests, with an extra guest fee for occupancy up to the maximum of 14.
