The house

The house has a glass-walled, open floor plan with 2,800 square feet of living space, a dedicated workspace and two separate entertainment areas. The living and dining spaces connect to an island kitchen, and the living room has a fireplace and large-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open onto the deck.

Each bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom and a closet. Bedrooms 1–3 are on the first/main floor; Bedroom 4 is on the second floor. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also have balcony/deck access. An additional sleeping area is identified separately.

Two levels of full-length terraces provide space for sunbathing, grilling and dining, with multiple seating areas, an outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ. Trees and foliage surround the outdoor areas. Other facilities include a Nespresso coffee setup, outdoor shower, speaker system, Wi-Fi, heating, a washer and dryer, microwave and patio. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. There is no pool or hot tub.

Hither Hills Beach is a short walk away, and a residents-only beachfront parking pass is provided. The home is approximately 60 feet above sea level on a hill overlooking the ocean. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
