The house

Hilltop Hideaway accommodates up to nine guests on an acre of land on a private block. The open-plan interior has multiple sitting and dining areas, a living room with a gas fireplace, a sunroom and a dedicated work-from-home space. The kitchen includes appliances, a microwave, a coffee maker and preparation space. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, streaming TV and a closet. Upstairs are a double/full bedroom, a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and streaming TV, a queen bedroom, and an additional sleeping space with a queen bed. All five sleeping spaces have air conditioning; the four bedrooms have closets. The four full bathrooms include a main-floor shower bathroom, an upstairs bathroom with a shower and tub, an upstairs shower/tub-combination bathroom, and a lower-level shower bathroom. A half bathroom is on the main floor.

Outside are a private heated pool, an expansive fenced yard and an uncovered patio with an outdoor kitchen, gas barbecue, dining table, chairs, umbrella and lounge seating. Free parking is available. The home is minutes from Southampton, Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton, and Foster Memorial Beach is a short drive away.
