House rules

The primary renter must be at least 28 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Additional guests require express approval and may incur a $250.00 per-person, per-night fee. Stays longer than seven nights require one cleaning per week at the guest's expense, at $200 per occurrence. Winter stays require snow plowing whenever accumulation exceeds one inch, at $150 per occurrence; cleaning and plowing can be scheduled at your convenience. No diving is allowed. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Town, restaurants, shopping and parks are an eight-minute walk away. Candlewood Lake and Lynn Deming Beach are a ten-minute drive away. Lake Waramaug and Bantam Lake are a twenty-minute drive away. The backyard is not fenced. The basement is normally off limits for owner storage. Exterior cameras are positioned at the front and back of the house. Ask before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment outside Memorial Day through Labor Day.
