The house

The home accommodates six guests across three bedrooms, including a first-floor media room/guest room with a sofa bed. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom has two double/full beds. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and streaming TVs. Each upstairs bedroom also has a desk, chair and monitor with an HDMI cord. The media room has a 65-inch smart TV and Sonos sound bar. Two full bathrooms, one on each floor, have shower/tub combinations.

Trees surround the approximately 1,500-square-foot home. The large uncovered deck has tables, chairs, umbrellas, four lounge chairs, string lights and citronella tiki torches. Outdoor features include a gas grill, wood-burning fire pit, bar and games. A phone-controlled Sonos system serves the home and deck. The stocked kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided, along with two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and cooler.

Town, restaurants, shopping and parks are an eight-minute walk away. Candlewood Lake and Lynn Deming Beach are a ten-minute drive away; Lake Waramaug and Bantam Lake are a twenty-minute drive away. Exterior cameras are located at the front and back of the house. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking.
