House rules
Pets and parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are not permitted. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed otherwise in advance, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests included in the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management of changes. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Treat the property respectfully. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
Getting there
The bathroom is separate from the house, metres away along a semi-enclosed corridor. The property is near the ocean and relies on tank water. Parking is available for two cars.
