House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. This is a smoke-free home. A smoking violation incurs a $500 fee for additional cleaning and related costs, plus responsibility for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. The maximum occupancy of 12 includes two additional guests beyond the bed count; trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided on request. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The home is accessible only by a flight of stairs. The driveway is very steep and has a sharp turn; large vehicles, including party buses and trucks with trailers, may have difficulty entering or exiting. Driveway parking is limited, and turning around in front of the garage may be challenging when too many cars are parked. Nearby wineries, vineyards and tasting rooms are within a 15-minute drive; Atascadero and central Paso Robles are a short drive away.
