The house

The home has an open-plan common area with two couches in the primary living room, a bar, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a large island and oversized range. The piano room includes a workstation, queen-size sleeper sofa, pool table and TV. A second workspace is a desk in the primary bedroom. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, a washer/dryer and an ironing board are available.

The four bedrooms comprise two king rooms, a queen room and a room with two twin beds. The primary bedroom has a TV and an ensuite with a walk-in rainfall shower; the second king bedroom also has a TV. A standalone bathtub is another bathroom feature. Bedrooms are supplied with linens, towels, pillows and comforters, and linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Outside, a large deck has a fire pit, private hot tub, grill and outdoor dining space. There is also a cornhole area, patio and upper balcony. Nearby wineries, vineyards and tasting rooms are within a 15-minute drive. Grocery shopping is five minutes away; Templeton is less than ten minutes away and Cal Poly less than twenty minutes away. Both Atascadero and central Paso Robles are a short drive away.

Access to the home requires a flight of stairs. The steep driveway has a sharp turn and limited parking; large vehicles may have difficulty entering or exiting. The garage accommodates one car.
