The house

The renovated home has an open-plan living and dining area, a usable fireplace, and a spacious kitchen with new appliances, black stone countertops and a microwave. Three oversized couches overlook the pool deck. The estimated floor area is 3,300 square feet.

The second-floor bedroom has a king bed; the main-floor bedrooms have a queen bed, a double/full bed plus a twin bed, and two twin beds respectively. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Air conditioning is explicitly included in the first three bedrooms. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. A washer, dryer, heating and hot water are available.

The finished basement has a home theatre. The home gym includes a Peloton bike, elliptical machine, Mirror and free weights. Outdoors are a covered deck/patio, patio furniture, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. There is a private tennis court with rackets and balls, and the backyard is fenced.

Southampton and Sag Harbor offer nearby shopping and dining. Towd Point is a nearby beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
