The shingled home sits on a private block in Southampton, with manicured grounds and an open-plan living room, dining area and equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, cookware and tableware. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer are available. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.
The primary bedroom is upstairs with a king bed, air conditioning, a walk-in closet, a balcony/deck and an ensuite shower bathroom. A second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning and a walk-in closet. Two main-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning and a standard closet. All four bathrooms have showers: two are upstairs, one is on the main floor of the house and one is on the main floor of the pool house.
Outdoor facilities include the private heated saltwater pool, an uncovered patio with lounge chairs and dining furniture, a gas grill, a basketball court, a ping-pong table and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A bicycle, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available. The grounds have a fenced yard; the home also has a balcony, a garage and parking.
