House rules

The primary renter must be at least 28 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $135.00 per night of the reservation. A refundable cash security deposit of 10% is required, governed by a separate Security Deposit Agreement signed by owner and guest before check-in. Property showings to prospective renters or buyers may occur, with efforts to provide advance notice and arrange reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

The house is across the street from the Bay on Hedges Banks Drive. For stays outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; seasonal cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
