The house

The approximately 6,500-square-foot house has an open layout, a double-height living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen with Thermador appliances. A sunroom/den sits beside the dining room, and sliding doors connect the living spaces to the back deck. The deck has an outdoor dining table, a gas barbecue and several seating areas. An outdoor shower and fenced backyard complement the private heated saltwater pool. Gym equipment and bikes are available.

All four bedrooms have hardwood floors, air conditioning and full ensuite bathrooms. The two primary bedrooms, one on the main floor and one upstairs, each have a king bed, a walk-in custom closet and a bathroom with a soaking tub, double-sink vanity, walk-in shower and separate toilet compartment. The main-floor primary has sliding-door access near the pool. The other upstairs bedrooms contain a double/full bed and a bunk bed respectively; an additional upstairs sleeping area has a sofa bed and air conditioning. TVs are in Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4.

Wi-Fi, heating, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
