House rules

The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. The home is not suitable for unrelated guests. Smoking is not allowed. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Pets require prior owner approval; please inquire. Additional pet fees and/or a security deposit may apply. Events of any size, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during a stay require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $150.00 per night of the reservation. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory and paid by the guest. In lieu of a security deposit, the property carries up to $25,000 of damage protection; coverage details are in the booking agreement. The owner may show the home to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Waterfront access is through a private dock. The home is within easy reach of the beach and near bus and train stations. It is not wheelchair accessible.
