The house

The home accommodates up to nine guests and has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms plus a half bathroom. Its open layout connects the living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, with multiple sitting areas throughout. Heating, Wi-Fi, a microwave, washer, dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Outside are an expansive yard, a patio for outdoor dining, a gas barbecue, multiple sitting areas, a private heated pool and waterfront access through a private dock. A kayak is provided. The primary bedroom has a wrap-around deck overlooking the property and water, with two lounge chairs.

Four bedrooms are upstairs and one is on the main floor. All five have air conditioning. Bedrooms 1 and 5 each have a queen bed, a full ensuite bathroom and cable TV. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds; Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and walk-in closet; Bedroom 4 has a twin bed. The upstairs bathrooms include one with a shower and tub and another with a shower/tub combination. The main floor has a full bathroom with a shower and a separate half bathroom.

The home is on a private block near town, restaurants, shops, art galleries, and bus and train stations. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
