Floor-to-ceiling glass spans the valley-facing side of the townhome. Upstairs, the main living area has hardwood flooring, tray ceilings and a sectional sofa. The dining table seats eight, and the kitchen has a center island, cherry-toned cabinetry, a wine cooler and a breakfast nook with a live-edge table and window bench. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster oven and utensils.
The lower-level primary suite has a king platform bed, garden and mountain views, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Its bathroom opens to a walled courtyard with an adjoining gym and yoga room. The upper-level second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower. The lower-level third bedroom has a queen bed and a nearby full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Each bedroom has split air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
A second lounge downstairs has a wet bar and sliding glass doors to the lanai. Outdoor seating stands on stone pavers beside the lawn at the valley ridge. The home has zoned central air conditioning, a dedicated laundry room with a sink, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, smart television, a private entrance and an attached two-car garage.
Shared Kaiulani facilities include three heated terraced pools, a lava rock spa, covered poolside pavilions with grills and dining tables, and a half-mile lighted walking path with water features. Princeville Center's groceries and restaurants are a short drive away. Anini Beach is reached by road through Kalihiwai; Hanalei Bay is on the far side of town. Lihue Airport is about 30 miles south.
