House rules
The minimum age to rent the property is 25. Smoking, pets and parties are prohibited. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form to confirm identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification. Children and infants are welcome, but the spiral staircase may not be suitable for all children.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor with no lift. An iron spiral staircase leads to the bedrooms on the top floor and may not be suitable for all guests or children. One bedroom not shown in the photographs will be locked during the stay.
