The house

LIVING & DINING AREA A masterful marriage of uplifting colour and vogueish design, the living and dining area exudes contemporary cool with its sweeping open-plan aesthetic, designer furniture and eye-catching wall art. Floor-to-ceiling windows beautifully enrich this soulful space with natural light, while an L-shaped sofa and well-stocked bookshelves further encourage an effortless sense of relaxation. Expertly set up for entertaining, the dining table offers space for up to eight guests.

KITCHEN Equipped with essential amenities including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and cafetière, the kitchen retains the modern vibes with its monochromatic accents, wood units and charcoal breakfast table. BEDROOMS Accessed via an arresting iron staircase, the three bedrooms are peacefully decorated in neutral tones and pared back in style with reclaimed wood floors. Presenting double beds and generous storage, the first and second bedrooms enjoy relaxing views over a courtyard garden.

Ideal for families with a double bed, single bed and desk, the final bedroom is enlivened by a classic poster of the legendary Audrey Hepburn and a blue feature wall. BATHROOMS Situated on the ground floor of the apartment, the first bathroom is striking with its vintage gold mirrors and alluring hues of midnight grey, hosting a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. Located on the top floor, the second bathroom comprises a bath with overhead shower, wash basin, washing machine and tumble dryer.
