House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is 10. A security deposit is required during the Sundance Film Festival. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Published minimum stays are five nights from October 27, 2026 through December 16, 2027; seven nights from December 17, 2027 through January 1, 2028; and five nights from January 2 through March 31, 2028.
Getting there
Main Street is 3 miles away. The private funicular is 10 feet from the property and provides ski access to Jordanelle Run and Gondola. For the return route, take Mountaineer Trail to Jordanelle Trail, follow Jordanelle Run past Keetley Trail, and look for the funicular on the left after a sharp right bend. Harmony Haus is the first home on the right.
