The house

This 6,000-square-foot, three-story townhome sleeps 10 guests. The second-floor great room has floor-to-ceiling windows, a stacked-stone gas fireplace, an oversized sectional and armchairs. The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has granite countertops, dark wood cabinetry and Viking appliances. An adjacent balcony has seating and a grill, and a washer and dryer are provided. A guest bedroom on this level has a private shower bathroom.

The third-floor loft has a designated work area and wet bar. The upper-level guest bedroom has two full beds, a play area and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The primary bedroom has a king bed, television, fireplace, private bathroom with separate shower and tub, and balcony access.

The first floor has another living area with a gas fireplace, plus a theater room with an 8-foot Sony projector, leather recliners and a wet bar. A ground-level patio provides outdoor seating space. The two lower-level guest bedrooms have private bathrooms: one has a king bed and separate shower and tub; the other has a full bed, full sleeper sofa and shower/tub combination.

A heated two-car garage and ski preparation area with four custom hardwood lockers support ski stays. Kitchen, laundry and bath starter essentials are provided.
