The apartment accommodates six guests. An entrance staircase leads to a bright open-plan living area with a sofa, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, oven, dishwasher and fridge. A covered terrace off the living area provides outdoor dining with sea views.
Upstairs are three bedrooms: two with one queen-size bed each, and a third with two single beds, one of which is pulled out upon request. Two bathrooms have showers. The bedrooms have access to two upper-floor terraces, including one directly overlooking the sea, with sun loungers and a dining table.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available. The residential complex has direct access to the sea, and Portisco Beach and Rena Bianca are a few steps away. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is a 25-minute drive away.
