The house

Harborview House has an open living and dining layout, large windows with water views, and a kitchen with appliances, a microwave, coffee maker and counter space. The furnished home includes a fireplace, television, heating, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Outdoor facilities include waterfront access, kayaks, paddleboards, a yard, patio, gas grill, wood-burning firepit and outdoor shower. Guests have access to communal neighborhood basketball and tennis courts. There is no swimming pool or hot tub.

The bedrooms occupy the first, second and third floors. The third-floor bedroom has two twin beds and a half ensuite bathroom. The second-floor primary bedroom has a double bed, full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Another second-floor bedroom has a double bed and two twin beds. The first-floor second primary bedroom has a queen bed and full ensuite bathroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and closet space. A second-floor hallway bathroom has a shower and tub, and a powder room is on the first floor.

The home is near Southampton Village and the bay, with nearby beaches, shops, restaurants, galleries and golf. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
