The house

This 3,300-plus-square-foot home accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms, with four full bathrooms and a half bathroom. A first-floor king bedroom and an upstairs king bedroom each have a full ensuite bathroom. The other upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds. The upstairs king bedroom has its own private stairway.

The downstairs living room opens to the dining room and kitchen, and there is a separate den. The modern kitchen has recessed-panel cabinetry and granite countertops. Facilities include a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, silverware and wine fridge. Central air conditioning, a wood-burning fireplace, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer, dryer, linens and towels are provided.

Outside are a cedar deck, a private heated gunite pool, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and a gas grill. A bicycle and parking are available. Shopping in East Hampton and Amagansett is about a five-minute drive away, and ocean beaches are about a seven-minute drive away.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
