Happy Hour accommodates six guests in a restored midcentury home featured on the Modernism Week Tour in 2019. The open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen retain post-and-beam ceilings and walls of glass. The home has updated heating and cooling, flat-screen televisions and high-speed internet access. The backyard is completely walled and gated for privacy, with chaise loungers, outdoor sofas, a covered dining pavilion and a firepit seating area. A washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and iron with ironing board are provided. All bedrooms have hotel-quality mattresses and ample storage.
