House rules

Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, pets, parties and events are prohibited. A meet-and-greet at the home is required at arrival. Check-in begins at 16:00 MST and checkout is at 10:00 MST; early arrival or late departure requires authorization by text from the Telluride InvitedHome team and depends on availability. A credit card preauthorization of $1,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local team’s address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Reservations require electronic signing of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged and charged by the Reservation Team. Extended stays require additional cleaning arranged and charged by the team. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access to the Double Cabins run depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Parking is limited to six cars. The sound system and jets in the main bathroom grotto are not functional. Nearby construction may cause occasional summer noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates. The home is for sale and showings may occur during stays, with 24 hours’ notice when possible.
