The house

The 4,945-square-foot retreat includes a one-bedroom guest house, mountain views, a hot tub and wood-burning fireplaces. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The five bedrooms contain three king beds, one queen bed and four twin beds in total.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, plus standard drip and Keurig coffee makers. A dining table, grill, washer, dryer, heating, hot water, bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryer, shampoo, hangers, and an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has a private entrance and living room, a balcony and uncovered deck or patio, a garage, free parking, free Wi-Fi and ski storage. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

Ski-in/ski-out access connects to the Double Cabins run and depends on snow, weather and resort operations. The sound system and jets in the main bathroom grotto are not functional. Nearby summer construction may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates. The home is for sale, and showings may occur during reservations, with 24 hours’ notice when possible. Long-term stays are allowed, with additional cleaning arrangements and non-refundable conditions for extended stays.
