The house

The home has an open-plan living room, dining area and equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and microwave. Indoor facilities include a fireplace, pool table, heating, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The fenced yard contains a private heated pool, a covered patio with shaded seating and outdoor dining, a gas grill and a gas fire pit. Bicycles and beach necessities are available. Pool use is generally seasonal, and outdoor furniture and equipment require advance confirmation outside the main summer season.

Three bedrooms are on the main floor: a primary king bedroom with an ensuite, streaming TV, walk-in closet and balcony/deck; a bedroom with two bunk beds and two twin/single beds; and a queen bedroom with streaming TV. The fourth bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed, ensuite and streaming TV. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The primary ensuite has a shower and tub; the other main-floor full bathroom and the upstairs full bathroom have shower/tub combinations. A half bathroom is on the main floor.

The home is on a quiet block in East Hampton, near ocean beaches, restaurants, shops, galleries, cycling routes and nature trails. Southampton is a short drive away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
