A wraparound ocean-facing lanai is accessible from the living room, dining room and primary suite. The private courtyard contains an oceanfront pool, lounge seating, a BBQ grill and shaded dining area. A private pathway leads directly to the shoreline. There is also a garden and outdoor shower.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean and mountain views, lanai access, central air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Its ensuite has a soaking tub, dual vanities and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, pool and partial ocean views, split air conditioning and access to the hallway bathroom shared with Guest Bedroom 3.
