House rules
Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Monthly reservations provide exclusive 30-day occupancy, and the full monthly charge applies regardless of nights used. A mandatory monthly utility charge of $1,500 applies. Optional pool heating costs $100/day, or is included in the monthly utility fee if applied for the full stay. Beach equipment rentals incur an additional charge.
Getting there
A private pathway provides direct shoreline access. Hanauma Bay and Sandy Beach are minutes away. The property is currently for sale; the property manager will contact guests to schedule showings at a convenient time.
