Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Self check-in and self checkout are available, with 24-hour check-in advertised. Guest-paid fees, excluded from the rental quote, are a $50 one-time check-in fee plus taxes, a $25 daily resort fee plus taxes, and a $20 daily parking fee plus taxes if applicable. The resort fee includes Wi-Fi, fitness and business centers, tennis and pickleball courts, pools and hot tub. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to reservations of 10 nights or more; stays of 21 nights or longer require two mid-stay cleanings. These charges are separate from the departure cleaning fee collected at booking. Customer support coordinates scheduling and applies the charges. Beach equipment rentals cost extra.
Getting there
The villa is on the third floor with no elevator access. A car is necessary. Scenic beaches and walking and hiking trails are within walking reach; shopping, dining, local markets, historic sites and North Shore attractions are a short drive away.
