The house

The villa has a light-filled living area with soaring ceilings, a sectional and access to a private lanai for outdoor dining. The indoor dining table seats six. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, ocean views, lanai access, cable TV, DVD player, split air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A loft off the living room has two queen beds.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, blender and rice cooker. The villa includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and ventless dryer, linens, hair dryer, iron, television and a private entrance. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a cooler are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Shared resort facilities include two pools, a large hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, business center, ocean-view fire pit lounge and multiple barbecue areas. Happy Talk Lounge and Wiki Wiki Pizza are temporarily closed due to hurricane-related damage, with an anticipated closure of approximately 4–6 months. A small coffee shop remains available on site, with other dining options in Princeville.

Scenic beaches and walking and hiking trails are within walking reach. Shopping, dining, local markets, historic sites and North Shore attractions are a short drive away. A car is necessary. The villa is on the third floor with no elevator access. Guest-paid resort fees and cleaning requirements apply.
