The house

The home sits on a quiet, private block in Hampton Bays. Its open-plan interior connects the living room, dining area and equipped kitchen, which includes a coffee maker and microwave. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer are provided.

The main floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed, streaming TV and walk-in closet, plus a second bedroom with a queen bed and standard closet. The lower level has a third bedroom with a queen bed and standard closet, and a separate additional sleeping space with two twin/single beds. All four sleeping spaces have air conditioning. One full bathroom is on the main floor and one is on the lower level; both have shower/tub combinations. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided.

Outdoors, the fully fenced yard contains a private heated pool, hot tub, patio, gas grill and gas fire pit. A cooler is provided for outings. Pool and hot-tub use is subject to seasonal availability.

Nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach. Restaurants, shops, boutiques, art galleries and golf courses are nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
