The house

The approximately 3,400-square-foot home sleeps eight and has an open-plan living area, a kitchen with a wine fridge, indoor dining seating 10, central air conditioning, heating, a private second-floor office and a washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The fenced backyard includes a private outdoor heated saltwater pool, a freestanding hot tub, a sundeck with chaise loungers, outdoor dining, a gas fire pit and a four-zone Sonos system. The outdoor kitchen has a gas barbecue, pizza oven, pellet smoker and Green Egg grill. There are two outdoor dining tables, patio furniture and green space. The pool itself is not fenced.

The main-floor guest suite has a king bed, air conditioning, a streaming TV, a standard closet and an ensuite shower bathroom. Upstairs, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, a streaming TV, a standard closet and access to the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The upstairs primary suite has a king bed, air conditioning, a streaming TV, a walk-in closet and a private balcony. Its ensuite includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity and sauna. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor and has air conditioning, a TV and a closet. A half bathroom is also on the main floor.

The home is minutes from Hampton Bays restaurants, shops, bars and ocean beaches. Nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach. Free parking is available. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
